At Studio 85 Movement + Wellness join me for a warm yin practice. A yin yoga practice focuses on the connective tissues and joints in the body, vs the muscles (which is the focus of a more vigorous yang style practice). In our warm yin class we will honour the postures that support these areas of the body, transition slowly and lean into longer holds. If you are looking for a slow, deep and supported practice join me for yin.
